Shipping policy

Orders placed through the online store will be processed and shipped upon completion.  Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Custom orders usually ship in one week.  Please call 800-765-6127 or email jennifer@besttarps.com for any delivery questions.  Most online orders will ship FedEX ground or UPS ground depending on the item and weight. We ship orders only in the continental US. Shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item. Any visible damage or shortage must be reported to the delivering carrier in order for them to honor a claim.
